make_pysol_freecell_board.py includes code derived/taken from GPL'd software;
one cannot arbitrarily select a copyright for previously GPL'd code, this
infringes the GPL. Only the PySol authors can decide which copyright they wish
to assign to their software. Unless the PySol code is removed, I don't see
a legal way to relicense make_pysol_freecell_board.py.
