I don't know about that, but my solver moves single cards. There is an
advantage to that, too: one of the fun variations on Freecell is to solve
it in the minimum possible number of moves, and that can be defined as the
minimum number of single card moves. (I realize that not everybody counts
single card moves, and not every program does, but some do, like the Tcl
Patience implementation, and maybe other programs should.) Moving stacks
is inefficient. You can usually do better by moving single cards. Also,
the moves that the program prints out are quite clear to anybody, and
don't depend on magic supermove settings. 5C to 6H. AH out. 7C to temp.
Easy. Intuitive.
