There are several approaches you can take:
1. Use an atomic moves-based solver like Patsolve or Freecell Solver using
Atomic Moves.
For instance:
fc-solve -l fools-gold
Will move only one card at a time when solving and when displaying the
solution. Likewise for Patsolve.
2. Process the solution outputted by Freecell Solver (in meta-moves mode)
to expand the sequence moves to individual cards moves. This can be done
by a small Perl/Python/Ruby script.
