Actually, a meta-move, AFAIK is a game AI term that specifies any number
of moves performed at once to reach from one state to a subsequent state.
Freecell Solver can use Supermoves where each move is composed of several
sequence moves.
I believe the term for moving a sequence of cards is a "sequence move".
