On Windows using Microsoft Visual Studio is there a fairly simple way
to set it up to do builds without it trying to invoke curl.exe and
fetching files over the internet?
What is add-cr.exe for?
If I wanted to put fcs.zip somewhere to then run make on it would it
be below the directory where the make file would be invoked? It looks
like src dir is going to be created below the dir which build.bat is
run from. Is that right?
I just want to be able to repeatedly run the nmake on it without doing
all the rest. I'd like to even do this the first time without ever
using curl.exe and without the computer having access to the internet.
