In Freecell Solver, the run-time command line arguments --freecells-num and
--stacks-num control the number of freecells and the number of columns
respectively. FCS processes them and then inputs the board layout
accordingly.
Note that it still has some compile-time limit on the maximal number of
freecells and stacks, and that is configurable in config.h.
