When I say zero/no free cells, then I mean that you can't use any free cells
in your solution.
This includes indirect use through multi-card moves from one column to
another *IF* a free cell would be required to perform the multi-card move.
If a multi-card move can be performed using just empty columns, then that is
acceptable.
I believe this definition is generally accepted. It's often called an 8x0
layout -- whereas the standard FreeCell layout is an 8x4.
I hope this fully answers your question.

When you all say, "with no free cells", does that mean you can't move more
than one card at a time? Or just that you can't actually put a card up
there in the free cells?
