Well, I don't. It is on-topic here, as the mailing list's description on
YahooGroups reads:
<<<<<<<<<<
This group is dedicated to the discussion of the usage and development of the
Freecell Solver program and library.
The Freecell Solver homepage is:

***General discussion of computerized techniques to solve Card Solitaire games

I'm trying to get to the bottom of my problems with Mr. Campbell's solver, see
what the source of my problem is and also see if its usability can be
improved. If you're not interested in this discussion - don't read it.
This thread was not too long, and I'm glad that there's some activity here. It
may prove of interest to the general Freecell enthusiasts community.

Naturally you cannot run DOS executable directly on Unix systems. However, it
should be possible by using an emulation or virtualization of some sort. And
that's what I'm trying to do here.
For the record, dosbox allowed me to run quite a few games, which (on this
computer) Windows 98 in DOS mode or in a DOS box couldn't quite handle. All,
in a convenient window, and while allowing me to do other things.
I still have to try other options for running Mr. Campbell's solver like wine,
some publicly available version of DOS running on top of a machine emulator
like qemu, and naturally running it on top of WinXP itself.
