The currently released version of my solver does not solve for other
than 4 free cells. I'm not sure what your parameter settings achieve,
but mine has some options that are very specific and only available
for me to change. It can solve a range of games, and it clocks in at
about 300 games / second on my laptop (the latest version = 325).
A future version will solve using 0-4 free cells, but don't hold your
breath for it, it has a lot of other things that I want to do at the same
time, and I'm working on it rather slowly.

Subject: solver parameters
Gary,
Thanks for your response,
However, your solution is for the standard four freecell parameter. Can
your solver be set for zero freecells ( along with my previous
parameters and board layout ) ? If so, does your solver also produce
results for a range of boards- so an approximate solving rate could be
attained ?
Thanks,
Larry
