I should note that in order to solve larrysan's use case, one also would need
to implement the unlimited sequence move (so one can move a sequence of cards
regardless of how many vacant columns and freecells are) and the empty-stacks-
are-filled-by-kings-only option (where only kings can be placed on vacant
columns).
The initial layout larrysan gave is unsolvable using standard Freecell rules,
but is solvable with an unlimited sequence move.
