Yes, I found out what the problem was. I had an off-by-one error in
calculating the auto-moves. So I considered rank-3 instead of rank-2. Now that
I fixed it, I'm getting:

I played the solution in Freecell Pro, and it played fine except for the fact
that I had to do some workarounds due to moves that it did not accept
(probably bugs). This took the most amount of time.
