I suppose these moves do not includes implicit automoves, which MS Freecell
does automatically (but Freecell Solver states explicitly).

How are you limiting these moves? I recall that libfreecell-solver.so
used to have a --max-depth parameter, but it did not work very well, because
there were some dead ends that could yield a solution, and which prevented
a future solution.
