Well, here's what I think I know at this point:

This "program" is actually two separate programs.
One is my FCELL.COM somewhat modified from
the form I made available last summer, and the
other is the player interface that uses the Windows
API.

This second part of the program (FFA.exe) was
developed by my partner, Seenu Reddi. The API
across various versions of Microsoft's operating
systems seems difficult to get just right. If we
can get the exact details of how it fails in a given
version of the OS, we stand a chance of fixing it.

As for Vista, there appears to be a new version
of "cards.dll" that needs to replace the "cards.dll"
that we supply. If you can locate this on your
machine, and replace the old version, FFA will
work on Vista. This we have tested.

As for Win 98, and the "bluescreen" in XP, I'm
not sure what the problem might be, but given
some help, we would like to look into it.

Part of the next release will be to make different
versions available for differences in operating
systems that we can't bridge in a single version
of the software.
